@bellyrub is an upvote service. You send him 1SBD or 1Steem and include a link to your post in the memo and @bellyrub will upvote your post with a random percentage. Since @bellyrub has a lot of Steem Dollars, his upvote is usually worth quite a bit more than the 1SBD you sent.
I just used the service on my recent post. https://steemit.com/blog/@gikitiki/happy-hallowe-en-20171030t21523366z I sent 1SBD and his upvote was worth about 2.3SBD. So in 7 days, I'll make roughly 1SBD profit.
