hello steemian friends all back again I made the latest post, and this time I will write a little about "dates".

dates are one of the fruits that contain high protein, contained in it as much as 2.5 grams of protein. and Not only that, in the dates also contained a lot of high potassium which is very helpful to avoid some health problems and a very good source of fiber to stabilize blood sugar.
