looks like GOOGLE blocks the link to elpetro.gob.ve!
The site works nice when entered directly from browser. Google also seem to have no issues. But when follow the link from google it stuck.

While I like the ledger system that blockchain provides, I think privacy is going to continue to be a big part of why people like using cryptocurrencies. I just can't imagine a world where governments are unable to lose track of where money is spent because it is visible on a blockchain ledger. Governments, companies, and individuals all have reasons to make use of public and private ledger syatems.

If the government did allow it and kept it decentralised and transparent. Guess what we would be able to see how terribly corrupt they all are. Yeah that's not going to happen. People need to wake up and realise how important it is that this stay decentralised. It can literally change the world.
