Banda Aceh | KIP Aceh – Komisi Independen Pemilihan (KIP) Aceh menggelar Rapat Pleno penetapan Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) untuk dua kabupaten, yaitu Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara dan Kabupaten Simeulu, Senin 20 Agustus 2018.
Tahapan Pemiliu 2019 di dua kabupaten tersebut untuk sementara diambil alih oleh KIP Aceh, sehubungan dengan belum dilantiknya para komisioner KIP di daerah tersebut.
Rapat pleno dipimpin oleh para Komisioner KIP Aceh, Muhammad, Agusni, Abmal Abzal dan Ranisah. Ikut hadir pegawaj Sekretariat KIP Aceh Tenggara dan Simeulue serta Panwas dua kabupaten tersebut.
Agusni mengatakan DPT tersebut nantinya akan dibawa ke Rapat Pleno di tingkat Provinsi Aceh, yang direncanakan digelar pada rentang waktu 29 - 31 Agustus 2018. “DPT yang ditetapkan hari ini, tidak lagi terjadi perubahan saat dibawa ke Pleno Provinisi.”

Jumlah pemilih lak—laki : 72.329
Jumlah pemilih perempuan : 76.265
Jumlah pemilih total : 148.594
Kabupaten Simeulu
Jumlah Gampong : 158
Jumlah TPS : 268
Jumlah pemilih lak—laki : 29.548
Jumlah pemilih perempuan : 28.937
Jumlah pemilih total : 58.483
