Do you think this picture is taken somewhere far north where is always cold? Not this time. This could happen even in Europe and it is actually taken at Baltic Sea, Lithuania during some quite cold period of the winter. Sometimes even here we have temperature dropping to -20 and still with very high humidity. When you even getting some ice under your nose when breathing :)

This is amazing. and it is coming again... :O

Dammit :)

Nu teper zimy strannye.. poslednie dva goda sneg vsego paru dney esli i lezhal, nu holdno to esche byvaet )

Which winter did you take this beautiful scenery?

04/02/2014. Actually that was an evening when temperature finally started to rise (if I remember right after one week or more of total disaster of -20 degrees) and the ice on the top started to melt a bit adding that reflection effect. So during those couple weeks of cold even the Baltic Sea got frozen for some 20-30 meters deep from the coastline appearing as total fairy-tale :)

This cold weather had to be a challenge for your photography equipment

It is more challenge for a body :) As for equipment, only to have spare battery

Great great work!!

Love it!! Winters like that are the best -20 but still bright sunny day.

Yeah, nigh pressure from the north and clear sunny )
