Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco, CA, USA - 2012
Image from a series that I took over the course of a few months at the Palace of Fine Arts and at the Embarcadero in San Francisco. A group of fire dancers would come together once a month at one of these two places, after sun set, to enjoy their art. No flash or other artificial light source was used for this image, there was some ambient light from street lights and buildings, but most of the light came from the fire dancer's torches.
