Flying Away From The Enchanted Orchard

This photo was taken in late autumn near the coast of the Black Sea in Bulgaria. This is a roadside orchard that I fell in love with the moment we passed nearby by car and we had to go back specifically for me to take photos of those peach trees.

I edited this photo in a surreal way in Photoshop specifically so I could give it some motion afterwards using Plotagraph and you can see the result below.

This is my entry for week 24 of the ART EXPLOSION contest by @juliakponsford.

What a creative idea to let the tree make this morph-moves! It has a really good effect on me as a viewer.

I am right away in the scene of a fantasy movie. Almost can smell the air, feel the atmosphere and expect to meet a Troll, Dwarf, Gnome and Wizard - Oh, and a lovely maid.

The colors in the first picture are the original ones??

Well done!

Thank you so much for the kind words! The sky, the sun and the birds were added to the photo in Photoshop and the original color of the leaves was actually red. I made those changes to make the photo look more magical. In the future I'll probably upload another photo from the same orchard with the original color leaves.

Wow!!! I really like your moving photo... (and the unmoving one is also good :-D) It combines for me some opposite qualities, which adds interest and tension to the photo: The colours with the red sky and the greyish/teal leaves seem to arise from a fairy tale, but the moving bark and black clouds are less fairy tale more cthulhu for me. It's beautiful and sweet on the one side, but on the other there could be something lurking in this beauty.
I love that your artwork is inspiring so many stories (for me)
Thank you!

Thank you so much for the kind reply. I'm very happy that you have spent time, enegry and insight thinking about my work and I'm even happier that you found it inspiring - that's the best! :)

what a beauty , it looks like a painting , there is no butterfly there but looks there are many :) xoxoxo

10x ^^

I've not yet found many 'art photographers' on Steemit yet! Your work is gorgeous! So surreal and great use of colors and bokeh - love your profile description as well. I'm following now, I really want to see more of your work.

(And by the way can now understand your comment on my post even more... You really love taking pictures of nature :-) Keep on trying!)

Thank you for the kind words! :) Looking forward to your future work too! Glad to have discovered you! :)

wow gorgeous photo and it looks great with that subtle motion, thanks for the entry!

I'm really glad you think so! It's my pleasure! :)

I'm not a big fan of all those gif's and moving stuff but I must say this one is very subtle and nice. Great job!

Thank you. I'm also not a huge fan of the typical moving gifs, but I feel that Plotagraph allows for some nice creativity and variety.

Absolutely stunning! Love the surreal feel to this. :)

How did you embed the plotagraph gif? I’ve been wanting to do that with gifs of my art that I’ve made but can’t figure out how.

I downloaded the video from Plotagraph and then turned it into a gif with one of the free sites that do this for you online. Then you embed the gif into your post in exactly the same way as you do it with all the other images.

Thank you!! It wasn’t showing up in my images to be able to add it when I saved the gif straight from Plotagraph but I’ll try it your way and hopefully have one up soon. :) Thanks again and have an awesome day!

Your photos are magical. Beautiful! Congrats on your work!

Thank you so much! That means a lot! :)

It goes for all your photos I've seen so far! They are wonderful!!

Thank you, I appreciate it :)
