I have a weakness for small old villages. They evoke warm feelings, a connection with the past, with nature, and even the feeling of a carefree childhood that I spent some time there.

                    It almost looks like staged, as if someone painted it using pictures from my old holiday memories. That partly fallen fence, trees of mixed species, the barely visible path, etc. Is that a pond covered with duckweed to the left?
