I really like it, however, the zipper being on the side is a bit awkward. If you're very responsible and careful it's not an issue but if you ever forget to close the zipper your laptop will drop right out when carrying it. This happened to me with a brand new company macbook pro, in the parking lot. I just wish the main closure was on the top.Like imagine having a purse or briefcase with the opening on the side! Doesn't make much sense does it??
I purchased this case for my new 15" MacBook Pro with touch bar- it fits nearly perfectly and is super snug. The pockets on the front hold the charger and some other stuff with room to spare, and it seems to be durable and well made.
VERY HIGH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION. SLEEK. Fits Lenovo 920 Yoga like a glove. Room for third party power supply, Blue tooth mouse and USB hub with lots of room to spare

Currently using this as a computer bag, and I love that the computer pocket is on the back of the bag; you don’t have to lift the flap to get to the important stuff.Pros: roomy main pocket, lightweight bag, two smaller front pockets (one on making pocket, one on flap.Cons: main pocket doesn’t close , orientation of bag is not ideal for short people.

I bought this because it's really slim and lightweight, and I wanted something that would just fit my laptop (an older Macbook Pro), phone, and charger. That said, if ever you need to bring other things like wallet and keys (I carry a lot of keys), it becomes a tight fit. If the outer pocket was just a smidge roomier, I think I would be more pleased with it. It fits my Macbook (13 inch) very well, or if you wanted to put a 1-inch binder or portfolio instead, those fit well, too. I've only used it out of the home a couple of times so I can't speak to that, but from appearances it looks well stitched and durable. Would definitely recommend as a good slim laptop case.
Pretty compact and slim. Much more spacious than a thin sleeve-like laptop carrier, but not too bulky at the same time. Exactly the size I was looking for.
The bag is slim and the shoulder strap is comfortable. I like the water resistance because I don't have to worry about my Macbook getting wet. It doesn't have a ton of storage space but that's not what I was looking for. It can comfortably fit my Macbook, a 1 subject notebook, a folder, and a day planner with some space for an iPad. The front storage is a good and the brown accent on the handle gives off a professional and fashionable look.

Love the material that was used to make this carrying case for my laptop. I just bought the new large size MacBook Pro and it fits in the case like a glove. I really like the different pockets that you have available inside the case. The pocket for the laptop itself has a Velcro strap that you use to hold it in place and it works very well. It also has a smaller pocket I can use for my mouse and charger.Along with my mouse, charger, and laptop....I am able to fit a full size textbook and notebook inside without issue and without making the case bulky. The strap is comfortable as well.Highly recommend this product.
Does just it is supposed to but im glad i got the larger version it is a lot smaller for the inner and outer pockets than the pictures show. With a laptop and charging cables in the middle you only have room for 2-3 books at most or one text book. The outer pockets are stitched to be flush against the bag so theres is no room for them to expand at most i could fit a phone charger and some pens inside.
Great so far

I had a Targus just like this one but broke the handle by putting too much weight in it (my fault). I ordered this one to replace it, expecting it to be identical. They have changed features of the case and I find it a lot less desirable. The older one had a water bottle holder that unzipped from a pocket in the side. It was very handy when boarding airplanes with a bottled drink in hand. The interior compartments were changed and most are just loose pockets. The previous model had much better organization with closing or netted pockets. I find my stuff is much more prone to falling out of the pockets. I guess I have to go out and find zippered pouches to put in the pockets now. Other than that, the case is super light, high quality materials and has enough room for tons of stuff. The zipper compartment on the flap is useful for immediate access materials light flight tickets, headphones etc. The pocket covering the backside is useful for paperwork folders so you easily retrieve while flying, etc.
Great case, had one years ago when I had a laptop. Now that I'm using a laptop again this has been the best case. You have a zippered compartment in the flap (great to store a laptop's charging/power cord), a 'desk' once you unzip the panel under the flap (before you unzip there is storage for 3 pens) there are two 'large 'fish net' pouches to store about anything that will fit into these (they are half the size (each) under the first flap). Once it is' unzipped you have two pouches (both with flaps that have a 'velcro' closing flap) a 'cell-phone size' open 'fishnet' pouch and a vertical zippered fishnet pouch for pens and smaller objects. Also insided the zipped 'desktop' area this is a plastic hook (and a very 'heavy-duty' one) to fasten keys or maybe a camera strap to make it harder for 'pickpockets;! Do recommend!!
This messenger holds my 17" laptop and a couple magazines with no problem, very comfortable when wearing the shoulder strap althought the padding cant be adjusted (its sewed in place). Enough room on the front flap net pocket for some cables (USB, ethernet, firewire, etc) but it gets really uncomfortable if you try to also fit the charger or anything bulkier than that. Also the phone carring case has a velcro loop that wears off quickly (it got a bit lose after 2 weeks) but its useful if you want to use it as padded pouch for anything else (i just place my camera in it and toss it in my carry on bag) otherwise you will have to keep making sure you still have it attached. As I said, if you want a bag to carry your laptop and a couple cables or reading material around this is the bag for you but remember it doesnt take much to overload it.
