So what exactly happened after this post I know it's been a year but I am curious as to what the function actually does.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    It works like it should. Decline payout means the potential reward stays in the pool.

    The replies get payout like normal.

    It is being used quite often.

      Just to be clear, does it also mean no rewards for curators?
