It only arranges that your potential payout will stay at zero. It is just that. Sometimes members chose to do so. The potential payout then will stay in the reward pool. For others to gain potential payout from.

      I like this feature. Yes — sometimes I do have something to say, just for the sake of saying it — it has its uses! Like today, for instance.
