Shouldn't the 10% fee only be taken from the loser funds... In order to ensure the amount received by the winners will always be 1SBD or higher.
What if only 3 out of 110 votes is for the loser??:
After fee the Funds are at: 99SBD
Divided among 107 winners: >0.93
And this is not a case of 100% winning so the amounts will not be refunded.

    Any moment deducting fee makes the amount go below 1 SBD, the amount will be split without deducting fee. Thanks for asking this.

    The winners are made sure they get anything >=1SBD back to their account.
