Once betrayed

If you can only see it from my own perspective, how hard is it to get out of this shell, for what I've been through, maybe somehow, at some point, you'll understand, or you'll probably do the same thing. How can I easily let go of something, cause I lost my courage to fight. Betrayal made me loose on grip...
