My day started with Making My Bed. This is a small habit I included in my daily routine to gain a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
I started reading Atomic Habits by James Clear . This is an awesome book to read, if someone wants to build a new habit or to learn how incremental changes will turn into a big changes.
And as always I went for long walks.
