For those that are Bitcoin users, I knew this would happen. You're treading on their monopoly. I'm not saying you shouldn't fight but they're also using unethical charges against various users. A good friend and Bitcoin user was just charged with both conspiracy and transferring money without a license. Understand that conspiracy is only supposed to involve acts of treason against your society, such as Benedict Arnold and his confidant John Andre.
If I and a friend transfer money together that not supposed to be a conspiracy. By definition, yes, but not having a license is not supposed to be a capital offense. Conspiracy is however because it's supposed to be imposed along with other really heinous crimes when done in concert with others. With the corrupt Judges in our system today, my buddy could easily get five years in prison for literally not having a license.
My friend is literally being framed because the oligarchs do not want to see Bitcoin prosper. They want to control the medium of exchange (fiat currency) and how dare others infringe on their turf.
The sad part is that there are a plethora of folks in government that will go along with this kind of corruption. You know the old saying; I'm just doing my job and/or following orders.
