This is a great achievement for the Beyondcoin community as this will allow us to further make Beyondcoin go beyond the expectations and doubts of others!
General introduction :
The Beyondcoin Foundation will be a volunteer managed organization that operates in a nonprofit way. Therefore aspects like accountability, trustworthiness, honesty, and openness to all stakeholders is seen as essential. This ensures trust within the community.
Goal of the Beyondcoin Foundation :
To protect and promote the true principles of decentralization, and empower Beyondcoin and its community to further establish and maintain a sustainable decentralized world and a better and safer ecosystem.
Vision statement:
Empower the community, decentralize the world, go beyond the impossible!
Structure/incorporation :
· Will be a nonprofit vehicle, where the legal form will be similar to a Dutch “Stichting*” (Foundation). The Netherlands has a long standing history with foundations, and has one of the best legal frameworks to protect foundations. Charter of that Foundation will predominantly be to allocate resources to the cause or act independently itself to promote that cause.
- = In the US a “Stichting” is called a Public Foundation or Community Foundation. Purely for convenience purposes, we will use the term Foundation

Mr. Kramer is probably one of the youngest self-taught professional fullstack computer and blockchain developers, born in 2005, and in 2012, he discovered Bitcoin and decided to learn more about blockchains and coding. At the age of 14 (in 2019), he created Beyondcoin and is currently a dedicated contributeor to Bitcoin and many other cryptocurrency/blockchain projects.
Sami Ahmed (Treasurer)
Sami Ahmed is a man with four years experience in crypto that has participated in multiple altcoin projects, most recently Quebecoin but also others. He has had his own history of going beyond impossible situations and has proven with his track record that he is working hard to improve his abilities - advancing not only his position but those around him through his dedication to the various projects he has helped. He lives a simple life in a tiny home (in back of his dad’s house) in Long Beach, California. He doesn’t expect renumeration – He simply finds joy in helping projects to grow especially ones such as Beyondcoin – which are aimed at empowering people in rough situations. He has learned much, and continues to learn more with every project. That’s what keeps him going.
