I am enough...

Yes.
Sometimes I just need to remind myself about this one of the most important truth that I AM ENOUGH.

Why?

We are surrounded by people who try so hard to make Us think that in order to be happy We need to be in constant mode of chasing, rushing, running etc. I left this train long time ago. I am a big believer that in order to be happy you need to come to the realization that no material goods can truly make you happy unless you are happy with yourself.
And what helped me the most? One of the most simple sentence expressing that I am beautiful in the way I am and I do not need any external forces to validate my personal experience of my human hood. I feel happy with myself.

I would actually go even further with it. As you realize that you have unstoppable power within yourself you will practice to look at yourself first, you will practice to be be good to yourself, you will practice to love yourself unconditionally, you will encourage yourself to strive to be the most beautiful human being every day inside and out because it is all about who you are. It is not about what other people maybe want you to be. It is extremely important to practice being enough as by practicing being enough you will become very good in being enough, and you will be surprise how enough you are when you practice being enough.

Why I am saying that?
You can be good at something by only practicing and mastering one thing. You become the person what you practice the most. If you want to be happy, practice happiness, if you want to be healthy make sure tour daily habits are healthy etc. Life is not mater of surprise. We create Our reality, however not everyone take ownership for it.
