Bible wisdom to remember: Enthusiasm without knowledge is not good; impatience will get you into trouble. Proverbs 19:2

The Book of Proverbs in the Bible teaches that men need the science of wisdom, the knowledge of the correct means to live, to be assertive in their decisions, because many times determination or enthusiasm are useless in the face of the complexity of the problems. Also the wisdom allows, through the art of listening, a capacity of analysis superior to the prudence of the soul, and thus anticipate problems when errors are small.
This is why the Sacred Scriptures give to men an important phrase to remember and always keep in mind to achieve success: "Enthusiasm without knowledge is not good; impatience will get you into trouble" Proverbs 19:2.
We see the importance of this teaching, for example, when many leaders make the decision to start a business, that is, open a company, but it happens that many times the enthusiasm and ambition to obtain good profits provokes that not all the problems are clearly perceived by the mind, for example the reaction of the competition. It is also common that in many people the lack of wisdom brings with it an error that goes without being correctly evaluated, the excess of confidence. This is a reality and is what causes eighty percent of companies that begin their activity to close within the first three years.
Up to this point, everything would make us think that wisdom is a guarantee of success, but also even the wisest people are not exempt from error. Wisdom beyond personal ambitions or the leadership qualities teaches that everything has an order, a time, and a place; that is the reason of why many times the key to success is also in the patience and the ability to suffer setbacks without becoming discouraged.
This is why the sapiential books also give men a beautiful teaching:
"The race is not to the swift
or the battle to the strong,
nor does food come to the wise
or wealth to the brilliant
or favor to the learned;
but time and chance happen to them all" Ecclesiastes 9:11.
