These techniques and bicep workouts are guaranteed to get your veins popping out of everywhere. I never thought I could become so vascular, but I’ve learned some tricks.

How To Lift:

Focus on the negatives.(when bringing the weight down, do it slowly)
Grip the weight as tight as you can, breath.
Flex the muscle for a few seconds at the top, and a few seconds at the bottom. Full range of motion, bring the weight all the way down until your arm is fully elongated.
Flex and stretch the muscles in-between sets. (Yeah check your guns out in the mirror, flexing forces more blood into the muscle and stretching it forces it to grow more when recovery.)
Do Super Sets. (Back to back workouts, no rest)
Do Rest Pause Sets. (Lift until almost failure, rest 5 seconds, do 5 reps, repeat until 5 reaches failure.)
Do Drop Sets. (Do a # amount at a certain weight, go almost to failure, lower the weight, repeat, until you reach no weight.)
