Analysis of a Florida ride from master planned community to an older non planned downtown that is thriving. There is a mix of these two that we could benefit from. Lower costs for small business owners, decrease infrastructure costs by building human scale. Safer, cheaper and very enjoyable. Trees and plenty of sidewalks make for a thriving place.
