The buzz is they threatened to use the 25th amendment to push him out if he didn’t go voluntarily. Obama wanted Kelley from AZ, but as revenge Joe backed Kamala. I still think they will try to push him out as Kamala’s support withers away. Notice how last night no Kamala or Tim on the stage with The Obamas.
