RIPPLE: IN PARTNERSHIP WITH TOP UNIVERSITIES AROUND THE GLOBE

An announcement was made yesterday that ripple has new partnerships with about 17 universities in the world so as to support the blockchain research initiative.

Since the universities are the major contributors to the blockchain, the company had no other option than to get into partnership with them.

The initiative program with universities was titled blockchain research initiative and it involves universities from different parts of the world such as Asia, South America, US and Europe. The company(ripple) already funded this initiative with $50 million which can help solve technical issues.

RIPPLE LEADS THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE BLOCKCHAIN ECOSYSTEM

Following the numerous partnerships of ripple this recent time, which has led the San-Francisco-based company to the top of the blockchain ecosystem, ranking it the 3rd first coin on coinmarketcap. Talking about the research initiative that the plan they are to engage in, will comprise of the best universities in the globe to support the initiative program.

The partnership aims to disseminate the understanding and innovation in blockchain technology, they also aims at bringing up dialogues about blockchain , cryptocurrency and digital payment systems.

The list of universities in the research initiative program are: Pennsylvania university, Korea university, California university, Luxembourg university and university college London. The company went as far as revealing other new projects it has partnered with such as Wharton - Engineering dual-degree program.

At Massachusetts institute of technology, ripple works with more than 100 researchers and 10+ financial services companies on the blockchain projects. The coin, however has been the worst performer for the year, after missing over 75% of its value. The company was sued to court for allegedly selling unregistered xrp to retail investors.

It has been all bad news for the coin and most investors are tired of HODLing the coin due to the problems it has faced all these while.

But if you ask me personally, i think ripple would make a good pay in the future because of the many partnerships it has engaged in. But this is not a financial advice , anyways.
