  • WE ARE TALENTED PEOPLE
Nigerians are outrageous, talented and that is seen everywhere. No matter where we find ourselves, we perform excellently. Distance is no barrier and we never let the foreign environment to affect us. We have got the brain. There is no field in this world where we have not made our marks, talk about prestigious noble prizes, sports, the world of blogging etc. We have the prominent novelist, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Novel prize winner , Sole Soyinka.

  • WE STILL FEAR GOD
Nigerians still have moral values, born out of our deep religious, inclinations and beliefs. We believe in God and that he is at center of everything we do. Our faith in God is not void. People are truly spiritual and demonstrate this in their religious activities.

  • WE STILL RESPECT THE TRADITIONAL FAMILY VALUES
Nigerians have a deep respect for family values. Amid changing family values in the world today, Nigeria is not likely to loose their strong family values. Even in the family setting, children show respect for the elders, following traditions. THIS IS WHO WE ARE.

  • WE ARE BLESSED WITH RESOURCES
Both tapped and untapped littered across every states of the Nation are all sorts of resources. Crude oil is the most pronounced and accounts for about 35% of gross domestic product, which makes Nigeria one of the most wealthiest countries in Africa. But others abound in their abundance which as the global oil market is taking a plunge we can decide to shift our attention to.

  • WE ARE RICH IN CULTURE
Nigeria is blessed with a rich cultural heritage. We are a multi-ethnic nation which means we are endowed with various cultural values. From the igbos to the Tiv, to the urhobos, to the Hausa/Fulani, down tobyje Efiks, we are never in want of cultural displays.

  • WE HAVE A SENSE OF ONENESS
Nigeria is one. You may not believe me butnyou only need tobgo outside the shore of the nation to understand whatbi mean. We have a communal spirit. Irrespective of the seeming disunity along ethnic lines, the spirit is one.

  • FOOD IS NEVER A PROBLEM
Nigeria is synonymous with food. We are richly blessed in that regard. There are some special dishes from various tribes. The south-south region of the country is more often than not referred to as the region of soup. They know how to prepare various kindsbof soup like the oguo soup eaten with starch. Banga soup also eaten with starch and alsobwitj makes garri generally known as EBA. We have many more types of food prepared by different tribes in Nigeria.

  • NIGERIA IS VERY HOSPITABLE
To Nigerians you don't have to get an invite to come me visiting, you are generally always welcome. I have received warmed welcome from tatal stranger in different parysvof the country Dr m just showing up arlt their door. Respect, in Nigeria, respect for the elders is the norm. You will see a young man standing up for an elder to sit in a waiting room.

I LOVE MY COUNTRY, NIGERIA SO DEARLY
