Woman Riding Stationary Bike At McDonalds

I saw this in New Jersey the other day and thought it was kind of funny. I wonder what the point is. I mean does she bring her bike everywhere with her so she can work off the calories from eating before she gets to leave? It might actually be effectibe haha
