In the past week, four dockless bikeshare companies launched their services in Washington DC. Spin, LimeBike JUMP and the Chinese bikeshare giant Mobike, have rolled out new dockless bike-share programs. That's quite a feet considering that all
bikeshare programs in US are docking station based.
