Bike Tour Uruma to Naha: The Finish line.
Bike Tour Uruma to Naha Highlights: -The finish line -BASE hostel -More typhoons -Diving in Kadena
I believe it took about a week to go around the Okinawa Island. It was fairly a tough tour given the typhoons we had to ride through and the number of hills and mountains that are on this island. The island was a lot bigger than I had imagined. Throughout the journey, we met some wonderful people that supported us, had some great signature food of Okinawa, saw many picturesque landscape and the one of a kind waters of Okinawa. Having a touring buddy that knew a great deal about Japan helped a bunch. Good job and arigato gozaimasu Seonjin hyung!
At the end of our journey another typhoon welcomed us back to Naha. Ferries were not in operation due to the typhoon and we were stuck for a couple of days here, and this is where we would spend days of relaxing, drinking, and eating around the Base guesthouse.
We did go back to Kadena and Maeda point for some diving and snorkeling which was a whole lot of fun. Seongjin finally gave in to trying out scuba diving and although cut short, he did get to breath underwater for couple of minutes.

At the BASE hostel in Naha, we would meet another Korean guy who had been living there for three months. In that three months he has learned to speak Japanese at an advanced level. This was his favorite restaurant/bar, and was treated like a local there.
Sukiyaki, I believe. For around $5, and it was really delicious. Thanks to our new friend in Naha, we went to all the good spots to eat around our hostel.
