I'm so disappointed that in my quest to move swiftly into the 21st century and get an electric scooter I was misled by a receptionist of a small business. She told me to come for a test ride only to learn that the scooter doesn't run. The batteries are depleted apparently and need to be replaced.
I was so stoked to come and check this out but no, she had other plans. Now I must come back another day when they have received a new battery pack. Damn!
