Boeing 787 Dreamliner Comes In New Bangladesh

Biman Bangladesh Airlines is going to join the fleet of the world's most advanced Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft with the latest technology. Boeing 787 flying in the sky with the name of Akashbina.20180819_204337.png

Biman's first Dreamliner will land at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Sunday (August 19th). The aircraft fleet will be 15 by airplane.

To bring the country to the country, a delegation led by Air Marshal (ret.) Enamul Bari, Chairman of the board of Air Biman Bangladesh Airlines, on August 16 (Wednesday), will visit the Boeing Company's Everett Delivery and Operations Center in Seattle.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines signed an agreement with Boeing Company in 2008 to purchase 10 new aircraft for US $ 2.3 billion. Already four new Boeing 777-300ER and two new Boeing 737-800 aircraft have been added to the fleet.

The remaining four are Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners. The first one is coming to the country Sunday, the second will be added in November this year and the last two Dreamliners will fly in September next year.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has chosen the names of four Dreamliners to be added to the fleet of Biman Bangladesh Airlines. These are Akashbina, Hansbala, Ganjilil and Rajhans.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines General Manager (Public Relations) Shakil Meraaj said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the Dreamliner's first flight on September 1. On that day, from Dhaka to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Airlines will fly. Flights will be operated primarily on Dhaka-Singapore and Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur with the Dreamliner.

There are 271 seats in the city. Of these, Business Class 24 and 247 Economy Class.

The 24 seats in the business class, up to 180 degrees, and a full flatbed, the passengers can comfortably travel with ease. The passengers will get the facility to make internet and phone calls

The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a two-engine medium-sized aircraft made by the Boeing Commercial Airplane Company. The aircraft is capable of transmitting a maximum of 242 to 335 passengers in the maximum 3 categories. The Dreamliner aircraft has been known to be the most fuel efficient in the airline industry so far as it is made of light composite material. Boeing 787 is designed to save about 20% of the fuel saving capacity of 767. There are also modern features such as the electic flight system, the four-paneled windshield, the sound replacement chevron, etc. With the evolution of the Dreamliner in conjunction with the Boeing 777, the Boeing 777 trained pilots can fly without any new training.
