Binance won't give me all my coins

Whenever I buy other coins with Ethereum, let's say, Binance keeps a tiny bit of Ethereum that I can't get to. Same with BNB, same with LTC, etc. How can they be allowed to do that?! That is our money that we don't have access to. Or am I missing something here??
