Those who believe more than those who don't.
Those who Know have a stronger bubble of influence than those who believe.
The probability waves are pushed down from higher planes to this one. when someone doubts themselves, this decreases the probability waves coming from their bubble.
Those under 4 years old are usually not self aware therefore accept the default around them.
At the age of apprx 8 years old, one develops the ability to reason for themselves. Thus this is when most individuals have the ability to create their own reality.
