Raymonn Daniels captures the spirit and lifts it to new heights of imagination in airbrush art that is gaining city wide recognition.
Born in Somerset on Columbus's northeast side, Daniels artistic talent was nurtured from the age of eight by family and friends. He received an art scholarship to the Columbus College of Art and Design, while running his own T-shirt business. However, his restless creativity led his airbrush art, which he taught himself, to pursue a 20 year career over 3 different states.
Working on diverse surfaces, from t-shirts, sneakers and fashion, canvas and cars, to most recently, murals inside city schools and classrooms. Daniels defies illusionary boundaries to reflect a unique blend of wildness, freedom, and expression.
His original concepts and ideas for paintings, prints and murals are sought after by collectors throughout the United States to as far as Hawaii. As a working artist for the past 20 years, he continues to explore a style that is diverse as it is consistently striking.
Currently residing in Columbus, Ohio Daniels has been presented throughout the city as one of the only airbrush artists who's style is consistent and who's presence is reliable in the art community. Daniels views his art as an expression of insight, strength and traditional love.
