Growing Plants without Pesticides using Charged Water

Plasma Activated Water (PAW) may soon be the future for agriculture and hospitals. Lightening creates plasma water naturally during a storm. This water is charged. Charged water is vibrant water which bacteria, fungus, and viruses have no desire to live in. Low vibrational water attracts bacteria and disease. People are creating PAW using vortex systems and passing water through an electric field.
