This is what Bipasha Basu thinks about thong jeans????

The brainchild of Japanese designer Meiko Ban, these thong-like denim jeans were launched as a part of the Japanese brand Thibaut's spring/summer collection.

While we are all game for knee-slashed jeans and distressed denims, these so-called jeans have literally nothing but seams.
Both front and back panels of this disaster denim have been taken off, leaving just the waistband and cuff, and a thong-like, tiny strap of denim in the centre.

This weird-looking pair of jeans, or 'jongs' as the internet has dubbed it, hasn't really won any admirers.

Who is making these pants? It's like someone let a 3rd grader with scissors loose in a Wal Mart.

Apart from Twitter users who have slammed the barely there jeans' design left, right and centre, it is Bollywood's bong beauty Bipasha Basu, who has been scathingly critical of this weird trend.
