This has to be one of the prettiest birds I have ever seen. I am starting to see more and more of them now that I recognize them. This one was captured by photo while visiting Pueblo Sacbe on a day we went swimming in the cenote. These birds were everywhere that day flying from tree to tree. Such amazing colours and such an interesting bird.

Thank you, If you check out the area around 5th Ave and 74th street, you can usually spot a few going back and forth from tree to tree. Also if you ever get a chance to visit Sacbe, which is located just behind La Guadalupana. They get tons their as well.
