Greeting, Steemit Family
Today i will be sharing one of my very early piece, The Blue Robin. Done in pen and ink, half pointillism and half calligraphy a play on two (2) art form join together.
Pointillism is an art-form that uses multiple dots of pigment to create an image, shapes and patterns.
Calligraphy is the art of writing are in my terms the art of lines.
Blue Robin is a kind of decor art which depicts a robin bird resting of a feather, background decorated in lines and blue flowers.
If i remember correctly the Blue Robin toke about 2 or 3 months to complete because working with ink mistake can be hard to correct, it can destroy the art are can force you to change the original idea you started out with.
