Today afternoon I explored the nature near Wels for some wildlife and bird photography, and I was lucky once again to find this short toed tree creeper and a Black-tailed godwit as well as some other interesting birds. I will show you these pictures in another post here on hive in the future. I am very happy to spot the common tree creeper because it has a very good camouflage plumage and is not so easy to spot when sitting on the tree bark. Since they are constantly in movement, this is the only thing that makes it a bit easier to spot them.

Since they are almost every time a little high up a tree, you have to live with the angle that you get when taking a picture when standing down on the ground. I think they are a very nice and interesting species, and I am always very happy when I see one of them. The claws of the tree creeper allows it to attach to the trunks and branches, so it is a very good climber and can also rest on branches of a tree. There are only a few birds that are such good climbers, like the tree creeper.

Great shots! surely not an easy target since it always moves on the tree bark!
