I followed this beautiful Snowy Egret for a half hour, taking countless shots. I found this one blurry shot absolutely captivating from a pose perspective and decided to share it.

When she walked through the sides of the muddy pond her feet were sinking and getting stuck. She had to carefully pry her yellow feet up for each step.

She was spinning around amd darting so quickly, she looked like she was dancing. My camera settings, and to be fair - my photography skill level - were no match!

The fish should fear her. Look at that intensity!

Getting ready to pull the trigger...

Thank you for the show!

One more time to view this amazing pose. She was working the pond counter-clockwise and decided to fly back a bit and landed directly in front of me. This pose is her landing. This shot made me think of many things, one of which is a Phoenix rising from the ashes!

Beautiful sequence telling her story in words and photos! I especially like the closeup of her intent eye - so fierce and concentrating! I also like the shot "on the wing" with her wings slightly blurred in focus - this softens the movement, shows action, and indeed presents the appearance of a ballerina in motion. Very nice work.

Cool shots still.

Love the Golden Slippers

Dope shot, keep it up!
