I went to this place called Aviary & Museum in Liberty park and I was so amazed. This place is like a zoo that is full of birds! I also really like how they let the birds walk around freely and not just keep them in the cage.
A good image of a peacock was the hardest to capture because they kept showing their butts to me and not the front when they expanded their feathers.
Like this one.
I finally got it!
The highlight of the day probably me getting chased by a guinea fowl. It was super cute. First it started by following me around. I thought it was getting too close to me so I started walking faster and it also increased its pace to the point where I ended up running and it was running after me. I thought if I had stopped it would peck on me. I was screaming so loud while other people were laughing at me. I finally decided to stop running and was prepared to get pecked on but thankfully the quail just stopped following me and walked away.
And this is "the" guinea fowl.
Overall it was a fun day. Do you guys like birds? Have you had any weird encounter with animals? Leave some comments! :)
