It looks like they are just a few days away from being able to fly and leave the nest. Also it looks like they were being very quiet when you took the picture - I think they were trying to avoid being seen. I hope you didn't disturb the nest too much, I know the parents don't like it when humans come and disturb a nest. A wild nest should really just be left alone, better to not leave any human small anywhere near it.
