The great tit (Parus major)

Around the middle of August, still small and short-lived mixed bird flocks are beginning to appear. Adult birds also teach their offspring to such interactions with other birds. But until summer, these flocks usually contain a small number of birds, you can say they try, and look at each other.

The Eurasian nuthatch or wood nuthatch (Sitta europaea)

These flocks are needed in order to increase the survival of more birds. Each type of bird receives some benefit from participating in it.
For example, the larger the flock, the less likely the predator to attack, or the increased detection rate of this predator and warning other birds of danger.
In the photo above, the typical and most numerous members of the pack. They begin to roam together before anyone else, and then other birds join them.
