Todays Workout you gonna need a dumbbell..
one arm at the time, on every 5second do a rep of ... for as long as possible!
-bent over row
-strict shoulder press
-chrunshes.
try it, really good workout.

managed 2:20 on each arm with the row 20kg (28reps)
1:15 with the press (15reps)
