BNI's 71th Birthday (Anniversary). After the Funwalk to cultivate a healthy lifestyle, BNI employees and their families are spoiled with the latest music presentations featuring famous musicians of the country.
BNI also seeks to share the joy of inviting more than 100 directors of state-owned enterprises (SOEs). In addition, as many as 71 exemplary BNI employees who have been working in remote areas are invited to attend Jakarta, visit BNI Headquarters, Bank Indonesia Museum, BNI Museum, and attend some series of BNI Anniversary events.
The series of top events commemorating the 70th anniversary of BNI was given the headline BNI Day. BNI Day was held in Senayan, Jakarta, Wdnesday (5 July 2017). Present on the occasion are the Minister of SOE RI Rini Soemarno, President Director of BNI Achmad Baiquni, and all other BNI directors. The number of BNI employees who attended the 70th anniversary celebration did not include similar event participants held in eleven other regions simultaneously on the same day throughout Indonesia. In the region, BNI Anniversary celebration is held with Funwalk, Funbike, and various creations that are adapted to the local characteristics.
Before joining Funwalk, BNI employees and their families were invited to do gymnastic morning at East Parking Square, followed by Funwalk following the route of Senayan, Semanggi Roundabout, Jenderal Sudirman Road to Bundaran Senayan, and back to Senayan East Parking. After Funwalk, the employees were treated to a music presentation held at the Jakarta Convention Center.
Musicians homeland that enliven the event include Raisa, Noah, KLA Project, Kahitna, RAN, JKT48, Titi DJ, Ari Lasso, and Lea Simanjuntak. They perform on 5 different stages. In Hall A JCC, held a music presentation themed Synergy Creations, featuring RAN, JKT 48, and GAC. While in Hall B JCC, music is presented in a Main Synergy theme featuring Raisa, Kahitna, and Noah. As for the JCC Plenary Hall, there are Titi DJ, Ari Lasso, and KLA Project that gig with umbrella theme Sinergi Cipta. In the other two stages held at Assembly Hall and Cendrawasih Hall, there are Lea Simanjuntak and Naura, who sing with the theme Synergy of Work and Synergy Cheers.
In his speech, Minister of SOE RI Rini Soemarno revealed, BNI and all employees should be grateful for every achievement that has been achieved as a business entity that has reached the age of 7 decades. After 71 years, the ideal to build a national bank ?? Belongs to the Republic ??, as the founder of BNI R.M. Margono Djojohadikoesoemo, gradually continue to reach. It can be seen from the ability of BNI to serve international trade traffic, which at present BNI has become the national bank with the most global network, which is 6 branch offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, New York and London, and 2 Subbranch, ie in Osaka and Yangon.

Therefore, BNI's Business Banking credit growth is characterized by high support for government project financing.
Financing of infrastructure projects dominates from all government projects with a share of 28% of total Business Banking financing. As of June 30, 2016, BNI provided Rp 77.2 trillion in infrastructure credit. Support to the government was also shown by BNI encouraging credit distribution programs that received government guarantee, namely People's Business Credit (KUR). BNI recorded significant growth in KUR distribution. KUR disbursement at the end of second quarter of 2016 increased Rp 7.3 trillion or grew 331% compared to the same period in 2015.
In harmony with the theme of BNI's 70th Anniversary: ​​The Synergy of Developing Countries, BNI ensures cooperation with business enterprises belonging to the business continues to run. Therefore, at the end of the first semester of 2016, BNI recorded a 28.6% YOY increase in state-owned enterprises to Rp 65.02 trillion. To that end, BNI affirmed its position to remain a bank that fully supports efforts to strengthen economic independence, in line with one of the Government of Jogja programs Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla, namely sovereign in the economic field.
