Yaaay... I'm even older than I was yesterday. Please excuse my lack of enthusiasm... but in my opinion there ain't nothing good about birthdays once you are over 40.
To be totally honest I did not even realize today was my birthday until I fired up Google earlier and saw this:

Determined not to let Google bring me down, I decided to think positively, and managed to come up with two great reasons why birthdays are not so bad, even if you are over 40.
Birthdays are good for your health! Did you know that statistically, the more birthdays you have, the longer you will live?
A Birthday unequivocally entitles you to buy yourself something as a "birthday treat".
Feeling rejuvenated by the fountain of positive thinking, I headed over to ebay to get myself a well deserved Birthday treat.
I recently started posting videos on DTube, and Streaming my gaming sessions on DLive after learning about the platform from one of @exyle's videos. But since I don't have a webcam, I have been limited to posting screen capture videos... Up to now!
After doing a bit of research I decided that a Microsoft HD-3000 LifeCam would fit my needs quite nicely. It records in 720p HD and has great reviews from other users.
I could have spent a bit more and opted for a top end 1080p webcam like the Logitech C920, but because DTube seems to hang when uploading larger video files, I reasoned that 720p was probably a wise compromise.
