FRIED BROWN ONIONS…...…...-………....…………..2 MEDIUM
MINT LEAVES TATTERED….......-……………………..A HANDFUL
CORIANDER LEAVES TATTERED.-…….......…......…..A HANDFUL

ROSE WATER………………..….-…………….…………7-8 DROPS
BOILED & SLICED EGGS...……-…………………….…2

STEP 1*

Cut chicken into large pieces. Boil rice & set to the side. heat up oil into suitable nonstick pot, add cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamoms & fry up for a minute.

STEP 2*

Include sliced onions & deep-fry. add chicken & green chilies and continue fry. put in turmeric powder, tomatoes, salt & mix it. Add garlic & ginger paste, yogurt & red chili and Mix it well.

STEP 3*

Put in a half the fried brown onions. Then boiled rice set on top. add garam masala, mint leaves & coriander leaves, milk, rose water & remaining browned onions.

STEP 4*

Cover up & cook on low heat about 12 - 15 minutes. after that decorate it with eggs & serve.
