I've often wondered what would it take for a cryptocurrency to be mass adopted by the public. So i came up with a few ideas. First ease of use. I would expect that a coin that would be mass adopted would more than likely be very easy to learn to use.

We know the drill we have varying levels of technical aptitude. So unfortunately we aren't all that technical nor do we strive to be. However, if we can hit a button and watch something happen that's all good with us.

I would next imagine it would be something we want to use. So perhaps if there were something already in use by masses of people. This such platform would be idea. Finally it would be valuable and already have a big market. If it was already a big market for this in use. Then perhaps that would signal people would find tremendous value in such a project.

Bit.Tube enters the arena. So Bit.Tube like it sounds is a cryptocurrency slash youtube alternative. This is not a new concept. However, Bit.Tube brings something to the table unlike any other platform. Besides just good use of branding. Bit.tube from examining the early days of youtube and finding use in the concept of what youtube deemed "retention time" as value. Bit.Tube very quickly discovered a similar valuable concept called airtime.

In this system both user and content creator were rewarded for time invested, no views or votes. This put Bit.Tube in a unique position. Youtube is the second largest social media network and website in the world. If Youtube were a cryptocurrency it would be a massively adopted one.
Bit.Tube after only being about 4 months old gained over 2 million wallets making it one of the biggest wallet holders in the cryptocurrency space.

What now prohibits Bit.Tube from mass adoption. Bit.Tube in a weird way is the only set back to mass adoption. Bit.Tube has purposely held back it's marketing until now. Marketing going viral is likely to happen after this week as Bit.Tube will release a referral program. Besides this referral program in similar fashion to Reddcoin and Tron. Bit.Tube users can give anyone tubes across social media platforms they already use. So even people who know nothing about cryptocurency can receive tubes and begin to use them.

Bit.Tube users are further incentivized by receiving 5 tube tokens per referral. So this will probably mean a great deal of new registrants and wallets daily. Anyone and their grandfather can use this. This idea makes mass adoption highly likely. Familiarity and such ease of use means that people won't leave based on technical difficulties or lack of interest.

Bit.Tube has every component of mass adoption. Although I am concerned about the stability of the platform in handling what could possibly be use and numbers unlike never seen before in crypto. It is my opinion that such platforms are well on the way to being the catalyst to what mass adoption will look like or become.
