BitClout creator launches ‘Decentralized Social’ blockchain with $200 million in funding from a16z and others
BitClout’s creator has revealed his identity today. He is Nader Al-Naji, the founder of the stablecoin startup Basis that shut down in 2018.
Separate from the BitClout platform, Al-Naji has launched the “Decentralized Social” blockchain with $200 million in funding from a16z and others.
A lot of the big boy investors have put down cash for this one.
We think it has the potential to be a new, great social media network and, likewise, marketing channel.
