Chinese ICO Regulation - ICO Review Website SHUTS DOWN (Temporarily)

Chinese government is getting further and further along with their regulation plans for crypto ICOs. An ICO review website has suspended its service amidst the ICO regulation. The SEC is also regulating ICOs. What do you think of all of tis? Will it clear the market of bad ICOs?
