I lost 10.464 Ethereum in Ucoincash - it is exit scam or hack

Many of us may be familiar or may not with Ucoincash a new lending platform just like Bitconnect. They sold UCH tokens from 2017-11-15 to 2017-12-14.
6,000,000 UCH tokens were sold in this period with price ranging from $0.80 to $1.20.

The exchange was opened on 2017-12-19. The price of UCH token went upto $14.

They closed the exchange after few hrs. of trading.

It's been more than 10 days. Their exchange is closed. there is no response from their support or twitter account.

The users can not withdraw BTC or ETH from their account.

I also invested in UCH token. I put all my ETH into this. I invested around 10 ETH and bought 900 UCH.

Now, I am not able able to sell them since the exchange is not opening nor I can't withdraw UCH since withdrawals are suspended.

I lost all my cryptocurrency in this ICO. I thought it will be a big thing like BitConnect , so I sold all my coins and converted to ETH and bought UCH.
But it looks like this is scam, since no response from their end.

Now, I have to again start from zero :( :((

Advice from my side to all of you

Never invest on first day in any ICO and project launch

Wait for some success stories to come.
