There are two ways on how you can buy bitcoins in Dubai.

Local Bitcoins - LocalBitcoins is a peer-to-peer Bitcoin exchange. We are a marketplace where users can buy and sell Bitcoins to and from each other. Users, called traders, create advertisements with the price and the payment method they want to offer. You can browse our website for trade advertisements and search for a payment method you prefer. You will find traders buying and selling Bitcoins online for more than 60 different payment methods.

Visit their website here https://localbitcoins.com/

BitOasis - is the first digital currency wallet and exchange service in the Middle East that enables you to buy, sell and secure bitcoin.

You can now also buy and sell Etherium (ETH) in BitOasis Trading Platform

Visit their website here https://bitoasis.net/en/

Personally, I prefer to use BitOasis, it's easy to use, fast and way better exchange rate.

Good points in this article. I fully understand what you're talking about. Buy low, sell high, it seems so simple but most investors still don't seem to get it :-) An interesting website I found: https://www.coincheckup.com This site is really helpful in my coin research. I don't know any other sites with so much indepth analysis. Check for example: https://www.coincheckup.com/coins/Bitcoin#analysis For a complete Bitcoin Indepth analysis.
