Mongolia the largest Bitcoin mining region decides to halt activity!!
Inner Mongolia (in China) has banned cryptocurrency mining and announced that it will shut down all these projects by April 2021.
Inner Mongolia is famous for its cheap energy and the region has captured 8% of the global bitcoin mining computing power, according to the Bitcoin Electricity Consumption Index compiled by the University of Cambridge.
